Tamer is an award-winning American designer and inventor, who’s spent over 20 years bringing technology products from concept to market. Tamer is a serial entrepreneur with a 20+ year track record in leading large teams and building innovative products and brands people love.
Tamer has delivered business impact and drove technical innovation with extensive experience in AI, software engineering, user interaction design, multi-channel marketing strategy, and brand development, with a focus on marketplaces, marketing apps and e-learning systems scaling 11 early-stage technology products that grossed more than 100 million in total revenue.
Christian Lazore is a dynamic force in the real estate industry, boasting over 24 years of experience with a primary focus on title and escrow. His impressive career is marked not just by top performance, but by his unwavering commitment to building genuine relationships. Christian doesn’t just see clients as transactions; he transforms them into friends and trusted business partners.
A lifelong resident of Santa Clarita, CA, Christian shares his life with his fiancée, Brenda Cervantes, and their two children, Sarah (5) and Jacob (15). His dedication to community shines through in his numerous contributions, including his role on the board of the Michael Hoefflin Foundation and as the founder of the SCV Stairs Project, which promotes health and togetherness among residents.
A proud graduate of Saugus High School, class of 2000, Christian jumped into his career right after graduation, immersing himself in the escrow business. His hard work and expertise have consistently earned him recognition as a top sales representative.
But what truly sets Christian apart is his commitment to giving back. He is always willing to lend a hand to Soroptimist International, embodying the spirit of service and community empowerment that the organization stands for. Whether through mentorship or support for various initiatives, Christian is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of women and girls.

Henry is the largest State Farm office in Santa Clarita. Since opening the doors to his State Farm Agency in 2011, Henry has enjoyed creating positive relationships within Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Pacoima, and the surrounding communities. Henry is active within the Santa Clarita Valley and sits on 3 non-profit boards.
I have been employed in the Real Estate Settlement (Escrow) Industry since 1990. My journey started after a successful career in Telecommunications where my last position held before joining the family business was with Siemens as a Western Region Telecom Manager.
I am actively involved in the community and gives of my time by serving on the Foundation Board of Directors of College of the Canyons as the immediate past President of the Foundation Board of Directors, Chair of the First Year Promise campaign, member of the Wine Studies and building capital campaign for the Institute for Culinary Arts, member of the Chancellors Circle and Patrons of the Arts committee. In addition, I also serve on the Advisory Boards of the WiSH Education Foundation and iLEAD Santa Clarita Charter School Foundation. In the past, I have served on the Boards of Campus After Dark and Single Mothers Outreach, as President of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association, and I am currently an affiliate member of the Southland Association of Realtors, Escrow Institute of California and California Escrow Association.
In 1991 I became a member of the Rotary Club of Santa Clarita Valley and have served in the capacities of Club Secretary, Club Service Chair and as the 2013-2014 Club President, earning the Distinguished Club award which is the highest honor a club can receive in a district of over 40 active clubs. I am proud to be a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International.
As a member of Vistage International since 2006, I credit the organization with providing me with the guidance and tools needed to be a better leader, make better decisions, and create better results.
I live in Valencia and have been married to my wife, Carla, since 1994 and we have a wonderful daughter, Chelsea, who is a 3rd generation employee in the family business as an Escrow Opening Specialist.
